GDR3 Update for Nokia?

How come the other handsets (Samsung,HTC) are getting GDR3 update before Nokia??

Other manufacturers aren't pairing it with firmware.

Nokia has to pair up LUMIA BLACK with GDR3 and then test the firmware on all the handset...fine tune them...distribute to carriers.

One of the main reason for delaying maybe because they just launched new handsets with it and want people to buy them instead of people getting the same updates on old handset

Also, Nokia has far more handsets than either HTC or Samsung. Not even talking about how their GDR3+Black update should support even the new 5-6" devices.
