GDR3 Warranty Issue

It is a great news that Microsoft has announced GDR3 Preview for WP8 devices. But they have also mentioned that manufacturer warranty will be void if we upgrade. I am having a Lumia 720. My query is, after upgrading to Preview of GDR3 my manufacturer warranty will be void. But when Nokia releases its version then warranty will be again valid?

It would appear there are no issues.

It did not say that the OEM warranty would be void. It said, "After you install a preview update, you may void any warranty from your MO and OEM."

That word "may" is key. Microsoft isn't in a position to say that warranties would or would not be voided. They are covering their butts.

I have also 10 months warranty remaining I have installed this update on lumia 520 , and please tell me after final release the warranty will be completely alive ( if broken) !
