Gestures beta not working on Lumia 720

Gestures beta is not working on Lumia 720, I tried hard reset then its working, but after installation of Truecaller it doesn't work.
I was on developer preview program, but I downgrade from Nokia care centre, still same problem, anyone having same problem, please reply.

Initially it was perfectly work, but within 15 day it has stop responding

I don't have any problem with gesture beta on Lumia 730. But was talking to a friend on phone lying down it turned on the mute button

Screen down is mute... It is working as it should. Screen up is speaker phone. You could deselect the mute function if it happens too much.

yup after installing Truecaller, gestures beta not working. I have Lumia 720 with cyan update and no developer preview program
