Hello,

I went to Outlook.com to check my email on my desktop. There is a message that says "Get Outlook for free" and you put in your cell number. It's suppose to send me a link on my phone. I tried it hours ago and have received NOTHING.

Anyone else get this message and successfully get a link?

(my txting is working fine)

Now, I am in Canada and we know MS does not know we exist - could that be the issue?

Do you just want the Outlook application? Because you can just get that in the Google Play Store, App Store, or Windows Store.

Windows Phone 8.x have "Outlook" in the form of the "email+accounts" section of the phone's settings. There is no "Outlook App" for WP8.x, as xandros9 has said. On the Insider Preview for Windows 10 Mobile, the Outlook Mail and Outlook Calendar apps are included by default.

In short: You won't find anything named "Outlook" by Microsoft on WP8.x. You might find it on the Windows 10 Mobile store. Either way, you should not need to go into the store for it.
