Get Windows 10 app not showing????

[Windows Central Question]

I have a windows 7 sp1. It is not showing the get windows 10 app. All updates are downloaded.
The window is not activated. Is it the problem for not showing app.
If i dont reserve it, would i be able to download it from microsoft website???
Please answer fast....
