Will I be able to get windows 10 technical preview for phones at Friday with phone enrolled in preview for developers?
or will i miss it because of my developer preview software?

Doesn't matter. Or it shouldn't. Just be sure to enroll in the Insider program.

If they hit the release date and if your phone is on the supported list then you should be to install the technical preview.
​If not, probably check back here to see if anyone has any ideas.
