Getting 10586.63 in India?

Is there anyone getting the insider build update 10586.63 in India or in other countries of Asia? I have not received it yet! Currently running .36 in fast ring.

It's been hours but I have not get the update on L640. What's goin' on

I got mine after i opened Windows insider app and choosed fast, after reboot it started to download

This build is working better than .36. My phone hasn't lagged in 3 hrs compared to lagging alot on build .36. I'll say this build is much more improved and fast.

And you have to be on the "insiders fast ring" to get the upcoming builds. MS announced that the fast ring will be getting alot of builds in the time to come. But we'll have to be patient as they may contain alot of bugs.

Now I have the .63 update and it feels better than the previous one. I think viewing the recent apps by holding the back button and removing them have become faster and smoother than .36.
