getting 2 duplicate screen on screen

My phone is going crazy, its shows a transparent copy of my top screen on the bottom of the screen, what can cause this?

Maybe it's color burn? That's the only thing I can think it might be.

Try soft reset. Btw, that is not a 1020 screen.

Sorry I also have a 1020 I get confused sometimes, I try a soft reset updated everything. Today it went back to normal for like 4 hours then went back to the problem.
