Getting an idea noticed?

I've wondered how does one get their idea noticed in the feedback hub by other users.

I thought I came up with an interesting idea and wanted to share it. Many times I would accidentally swipe away a notification into the action center that I wanted to follow up later, because I was to busy at the moment in time. I was thinking that there must be a way to lock a notification in the action center until it is no longer needed.

There's no surefire way to "get noticed," you'd sooner get noticed by senpai than the masses.

Now of course, people sometimes spam their feedback but eh, don't be obnoxious about it. If its something people think they could use, maybe they will stumble upon it and vote.

I personally feel adding the option to "lock" notifications adds complexity, maybe making it like iOS, where it takes two taps to dismiss. (or a swipe AND a tap to dismiss)
