Getting back all my photos onto windows 10 mobile

a month ago, I upgraded my Lumia 920 to windows 10 mobile which was really bad and laggy and I had to downgrade it back to windows phone 8.1. Obviously I didn't know but I lost all my contacts, photos and songs. I got lucky because my contacts and photos are all on OneDrive.
I upgraded to windows 10 mobile again when I realized it became stable. I want to get back all of my photos back on my phone with the proper dates and timeline kept. the photos from OneDrive show when I open the photos app on windows 10 mobile but they're online not installed on my phone. can anyone please help me??? I hate the android phone I'm using and I want to get back to windows 10 mobile.

When I attempt to download the photos folder from one drive app, it doesn't let me
Any other way I can do that ?
