Getting the network back on my dell venue 8 pro

I accidentlly erased something to do with the network on my dell venue 8 pro making room for windows 10 creator edition I was going to install how can I get the files back in so I can update it and get the network back on I have a flash drive 28g for it to could get files on to that from my other computer
