Glance for the 535

Does the Lumia 535 have the glance screen feature or not?
if not then why is it a software limitation that can be fixed later or a hardware limitation?

It has been repeated multiple times, Glance is not a software feature, it needs the supporting hardware with it which the 535 does not have have
