Glance screen not displaying 24h anymore

I have my time set to 24h. I'm certain the glance on my 950 used to show 24h... But I noticed a few days ago, it's not anymore. I tried to set and reset the time to 24h... But it's not changing in glance anymore .
Anyone can help me on that?
I may have happened right after I updated to build .71, but I'm not sure

Even with night settings off in glance, it's still the same.

Settings -> Time & Language -> Date & Time -> 24-hour clock (ON)

I get a 24 hour clock on the top of the start screen, as well as lock and glance screens.

I already have my clock on 24h. It displays a 24h clock on my lock screen but (somehow) not on my glance.

I changed my region, restarted my phone, then changed my region back... And it solved it.
A bit weird... But it did the trick
