Glance Screen stopped working, how can I get it working again?

Glance Screen stopped working

Glance Screen was working when purchased the phone. Suddenly disapperead and shows black screen.

Try cleaning the screen covering the proximity sensor.

Have you tried a Soft Reset? Hold the Volume Down + Power buttons until the phone vibrates and reboots (about ten seconds).

glance screen stop working on my lumia 640 , i used hard setup but nothing is happen now what should i do ?
