Glitch on my ATT Nokia Lumia 1520 running newest developer preview

So I downloaded the new update this morning, and then I'm on the lock screen and swipe down to access the notifications or action center, that screen will only come down about 1/5 of the way. I power cycled my device, and the same thing happens. Anyone else notice this?

Check under notifications+actions option in settings if the option for showing notification center when your device is locked has been selected; if not then we have solved your problem sir
