Not sure if anyone else is experiencing this issue. I am tethering on my Lumia 928 and the initial connection goes through. I use it primarily to play games online. Launcher goes through, connection establishes and I am playing games. Interestingly though-- my internet browser will not establish a connection. I'll get that error "Unable to load." or "No internet Connection"--- but that's clearly not true as I'm playing SC2 multiplayer at that given moment. I don't have a proxy set up~ and this issue is intermittent. Has anyone else experienced something along the same line? Sometimes toggling internet sharing on/off resolves the issue. Sometimes it doesn't. Just asking this out of curiosity.

I experienced this occasionally this last month tethering, usually just hit disconnect on the PC and then reconnect. Did plow through close to 70 GB in 2.5 weeks between all devices though. :D

I have to reboot my phone pretty much every single time I want to use internet sharing before it will work. I have to reboot then phone then enable internet sharing for it to work.

Did you ever tether while it was on WP8? Could help isolate if it is phone, network (in that area), OS, devices trying to connect...

I have not tethered since I got WP8.1 since I do not tether that much. I will test with my iPad and update this thread with my experience

My tethering is unstable on my 8.1 Lumia Icon on Verizon. I have unlimted data but its hard to take advantage of it. Very frustrating.

I will enable internet sharing on my Icon, connect my Nokia 2520 tablet and things will go fine for a couple minutes, then i'll loose my conenction, ussually when downloading a file...

THIS is exactly my experience. WTF?!?! Has anyone found a solution for this issue?
