Going From 7 to 10???

I am really upset with transforming my windows 7 to windows 10.Hope here someone can suggest me the exact steps on conversion.

Hi welcome to Window Central! The free W10 upgrade has expired. You will now have to buy W10 or use W10 Accessibility addition.
