Golf Apps

I read about the Titleist partnership with Microsoft for the Band 2, but apparently that didn't carry over to Windows 10 Mobile. I just switched to Windows 10, and went to grab Shotly from the store, and realized that it wasn't there. Where did all the apps for golfers go? Does anyone have any recommendations? Looking for a scorecard/rangefinder mix that will give me analytics on my performance.

I'm really looking for an app with an ecosystem, where I can connect with friends, login to a proper website dashboard, etc. (Although I could forgo the website if it were a truly universal app that had even more features available on my Surface.)

mScorecard...is that my best bet?
