I was wondering if $115 for a brand new AT&T Lumia 830 with FitBit Flex a good deal?

Considering the Flex is still worth $70-100 last time I checked, Yes.

Even with the update situation. Although Update 2 + Lumia Denim has appeared in the Recovery Tool, so it may change from a great deal to an amazing deal shortly. It's still ATT tied, but you just can't beat that price!

It falls into too-good-to-be-true territory, so be careful!
