Good Free GPS Software?

I loved Here Drive, but that is going away.
The Maps program that comes on the phone is terrible, I have tried 5 other programs are they are all pretty bad.
Any recommendations?

Try out Sygic. Its one of the best for Android and it doesn't seem to be too different for Windows. Its a UWP as well.
