you can find it by signing in, going to the forum, and looking in the windows mobile section, i am also known as BrettW over there, you can see the question i asked in response to one of the ADPs posts about SDK certificates,
this is the response i got:
We are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. Sprint is planning on a maintenance release that changes the Sprint ACE by Samsungs security model from two-tier to one-tier as like our other devices such as Motorola Q and Motorola Q9C. As of today, the maintenance release timeline is not finalized but when it is available, we will post the information via this forum.
