Google play on Nextbook 10

Bought a Nextbook Windows 10 tablet. Am I able to download Google Play on it?

Google Play can always be accessed by browser. https://play.google.com/store

Installing it won't happen as your Windows 10 tablet is not an Android system. You could add an emulator such as Bluestacks to your device to emulate Android and allow you to run Android Apps.
