As usual, they shouldn't have gotten rid of Windows Phone.

Also since this goes two ways, I suppose everyone that feels like writing games for XBox no longer needs the ID@XBox program, and prove themselves for the right to access a XBox DevKit.

The developer mode is in limbo mode since UWP was deprecated, and nowadays the GDK is required for commercial games, behind a XBox wall only to the fortunate ones allowed to enter into XBox garden.
