Google settings problem on Microsoft 650 phone

I continually get a message when using Windows or Chronas calendar "Your gmail settings are out of date" but when I reset them with my password it makes no difference at all. How can I correct this?

Hi, have you tried removing the account and resetting it?

Done this many times but do es not work. My wife has same problem on 650.
