I received the crappy 7008 update today on my non-contract Venue Pro on Tmobile. I haven't noticed it doing anything different. Really wishing I had some copy&paste goodness for use with Word.

Got NoDo

I just got the NoDo update today for my Venue Pro. Trying it out now.

Got NoDo...

Apps load a little bit faster. It's noticeable when you load the Weather Channel app. The copy and paste mechanism is neat. However, the downside is that it essentially adds one extra "row" of blank space above your soft keyboard. When you have something on the clipboard it displays an icon there. That extra row cuts into your screen real estate. The blank row is also present when you are using the physical keyboard.

Also of note, my Venue Pro is still showing 256 MB of RAM. Heard rumors that it might show up as 512 MB, but maybe that'll be after a supposed Dell firmware update.
