Got lumia update on lumia 730

That's a newer build than mine. Both my 1020 and 1520 have 8.10.14219.341 on Preview for Developers.
This is why I'm annoyed with PFD. We don't even have the newest builds.

I assume since it showed up after you enabled PFD, it may be a build for only specific devices. Just a guess...

Not pfd is enabled from atleast month. Got this one today.

I think it a official version because now I have the same os like my region. Before that I had Denim (cyan +update 1) from PDF and in my region is was only cyan .
