Ordered mine 10-15-15. Says ships in 7-8 weeks. Called Customer Service to CANCEL since my local Best Buy has it in stock today. They tell me it's "In Progress" and they can't cancel the Pre-order! So only options are to wait 7-8 weeks, or buy on today for $2250 and then have another $2250 added to my Credit Card for 3 weeks while they ship me one and I request refund and ship it back! This may be the straw they breaks the camel's back with MSFT!!!! Just pisses me off that they can't cancel an 8 week out Order!!!!

You're looking at it wrong, the fact they can't cancel it might mean it will ship ahead of schedule, which is hopeful.
