got phone back after repair how to restore?

i just got my HTC HD7 back and i want to know how to restore all my apps music and contacts back because it is being classed as a completly new phone

If it was synced with Zune try and restore from there.

there is no option to

but it has set up as a new phone and the old settings are still there which was synced on 7/3/12
