This shows Cyan is available for the Lumia 920 on AT&T:



Perhaps checking for the update from your 920 will yield the new firmware.

Do you have Developer Preview on your 920? If so, you'll need to downgrade to Windows Phone 8 using Nokia Software Recovery Tool prior to upgrading to Cyan over the air.

I did that last night.

I don't know about the 920 specifically, but I was able to get Cyan on my 1520 with the Dev Preview still installed. Microsoft recently fixed it.

I have a 920 on AT&T. I needed to downgrade from deb preview to 8 before I could install cyan.

I dont have a computer to use nokia recovery tool to downgrade back to windows 8.0 in order to get cyan update.
