Got Update 1 but no Cortana contact?

So I installed Update 1 but I don't see a way to add Cortana to the contacts in your address book.
This is a feature that I thought was coming with Update 1 but I don't see anything listed in my contacts.
Any ideas or am I missing something?

I’m having problems starting Cortana when I try to use speech in my car. What can I do?

1. Pair your phone with your car.
2. Once your car has downloaded your address book, it includes a special number for a contact named Cortana. This contact won't show on your phone.
3. On your car, tap the contact named Cortana in your address book to start Cortana on your phone.

The car dials the number that will start Cortana.
