GPS Issues With Fierce XL

My GPS experience has been pretty bad on my Fierce XL specifaclly when using voice navigation the map lags behind about 1/8th to 1/4 a mile behind actual location, but it maintains the correct speed in mph. So my question to you all is have any other Fierce XL owners experience issues with there GPS or is it just my unit?

Mines been accurate within about 50'.

Mine has been perfect. I used it last week and it was spot on. Cannot complain about the phones use of GPS/maps.
