Grey tile in photos

I've noticed that there is a grey tile in my all photos folder. Even when I remove all photos the tile is still there. Is it possible to remove it permanently?

connect your phone via PC and type in your passcode if you have any , go to file explorer/windows phone/Pictures\Images \ check image extension , and try to rename the file with .jpeg extension.
