Groove issues?

[Beast of Haeven]

I'm using my bing rewards points to stream groove month to month and have had no issues until this past Saturday. On Saturday I discovered I can't stream music past 40 seconds or so on my phone. I tried to stream music on my xbox and the timer runs past the recently discovered limit on my phone but the song just repeats the first 15 or so seconds of the song. WTF is going on? Is groove working flawlessly for everyone else?
