Groove Music "Can't Play" download music

Lumia 1520, upgraded to Windows 10 official
Latest version of Groove Music

Streaming music works fine

When downloading music, this is the error that I get

"Can't play. This file isn't playable. That might be because the file type is unsupported, the file extension is incorrect, or the file is corrupt. 0xc00d3gc4"

The files show up as fully downloaded. in File Explorer.

Have you checked the file properties and looked at the file types? There are a few file types that aren't recognized by Groove, although most are.
