Groove Music: songs randomly stop playing

Hello!

I'm beginning to despair with Groove Music not working properly. Songs randomly stop playing, not only on Xbox One, but now on Windows too. The problem affects many users.

There is no way to reach the Groove official support: it seems that it doesn't even exist! Totally... mad!
I pay for the annual subscription (Music Pass), but cannot use the apps anymore (neither on my Xbox One nor on my Surface Pro) because of this problem (How can you listen to music which randomly stops without any reason!?)

It's not a problem related to the device. People have it on Xbox One, PC, Groove website too...
