Anyone else having problems with Groove? When I skip to the next song, the title glitches back and forth. If I skip to fast or skip to many, Groove crashes. Plus when I shuffle, it only shuffles songs that start with that letter and the letter before and after the song. (Ex. A song that starts with B, when I it shuffle, plays A,B, and C songs).

Are you having a problem with Groove on Mobile? If so, I've found that a soft reset generally fixes the issue. To do a soft reset, simply hold down the power button and the volume down button until the phone vibrates and restarts.

Yeah I'm on mobile, I do soft resets like once a week. Doesn't help.
