Groove station differences depending on app/online

Does anyone else have this problem?
When I go to Groove online, after signing in to my account, I have access to some 25 'stations' that I've created. But when I use the Groove app either on my phone or my surface, all using the same account, only 9 show up...

are the region settings for the online version the same as the one on the device?

I think so. But to be honest when i go to the online version I'm not quite sure where the region settings are. When i go to settings the only options i have are to "remove duplicates" followed by terms of use and what not....
