Groove stop playing when open whatsapp with gif

When I open whatsapp to get message with gif image, the groove suddenly stop to play music. What happen? is bug?

it is not a bug, just a conflict of two file formats. windows limitation. everyone has to face it. you are not alone, don't worry.
