Save games are not working for me, is there a fix ?

Hello,

how are your savegames not working?

I also have a problem with my save game when starting the mission: "Sweets Girl." My game just crashes and goes back to the Windows 8 start menu.
The process gets suspended, so when I click it; it has to restart the app from scratch.

When I go in the safe house and go to the save room it pops up those save slots. When I click on anyone of them it says save game failed. That's it. And for cloud save games it says not available.
