gtalk available for WP8 in India?

I'm from India bough Lumia720 recently.

Can any one let know if gtalk is available for Windows Phone8?

I found an app GChat that seems to be one similar to gtalk...

I tried signing in to Gtalk using im+. The sign in failed and I received a warning from Gmail that someone in Canada was trying to access my account. (Im in India). Is the server in Canada? I've changed my password anyway, but is this normal and can I trust im+ ?

How do I setup Talk.To for GTalk? I see no options than to send SMS.
I am from India.
