Is Microsoft pusing spring creators update stable version from today onwards? Actually no official post still yet not come ?

No. Nothing yet from MS, as of now. Moreover, if you want to get the update via Windows Updates, you may have to wait weeks since Microsoft rolls out the update in stages.

The best you can do is wait for the ISO files so that you can do an in-place upgrade.
