Hard reset Lumia 521 w/ DP - any traps to watch out for?

My Lumia 521 (DP) will no longer connect to cellular. I pulled the SIM out and put into another phone - and it worked - so it appears that the problem is with the phone.

Questions:

1. When I hard reset - will it take the phone back to factory image or back to DP? Do I need to reinstall DP?

2. Will the backup be compatible when the phone is reset?

3. Is there a way to know which game saves I'll lose? Anyone know if Pastry Paradise saves to the device or the cloud. Is the data backed up?

Any times or suggestions before I attempt this would be appreciated!

1. Back to clean DP.
If you use a PC tool, it'll be latest official release.

Thanks! Just did the restore - and as you said - DP was added back. The whole process went really smoothly and was really impressed. Very impressed at how easy this was!

The only thing I lost - as you prepared me - was my Pastry Paradise progress. Oh well ---
