Hard reset wp8 gdr2 phone.

One of my friend did a hard reset to his Lumia 620 which was having lumia amber.
After the reset he found that the his phone has deleted the amber update too. So presently his phone is without any amber features.
Is this possible? Plz help

You sure? I mean, glace I think, has to be downloaded separately, and it is possible that got removed, making it look like there is no amber.

Amber firmware is still there.
Just in case, check in Settings : Extras+info.

Other features like Glance and Smart cam can be downloaded in the store.

Amber is still there, but the Extras + Info probably doesn't show it until it gets re-updated. It is an app, and the original that is in the restore probably won't show Amber. As firmware, Amber wouldn't go away.

As hopmedic pointed out to me in a previous thread, http://forums.windowscentral.com/windows-phone-8/250981-no-amber-after-phone-reset.html all you need to do is download SysAppPusher from the store. The basic Amber firmware is still there, you just need to update some of the Nokia system apps.
