Hard reset does not change your OS or firmware so if you have DP of WP 8.1 installed, it will still be there.

Are they in the proper folders on the memory card? Music, Videos, Pictures, Downloads, and Documents?

Yes they are.. Bt its nly showing some of those pics n songs thats it

Hmmm, that's a bit strange. It's possible that some of them might be in a format the phone doesn't recognize, but I don't know the specifics of what could cause that other than it not being in a typical file format such as JPG or MP3. Maybe someone else could help here? If this happened to me, I would copy everything from the phone and memory card to my computer, check to make sure all those files work on the computer and that they are all named JPG or MP3 or whatever, then do a hard reset on the phone including wiping out the memory card and specifying to store all new photos, music, etc. on the memory card in Storage Sense, then copying the files back from the computer to the memory card making sure they are in the correct folders. There might be an easier solution though. Maybe someone else can help?
