A couple questions on hard reset:

1.Does a hard reset delete all data on the SD card?

2. If so , should it be removed prior?

3. Does the action delete information on One Drive? I have seen post from people complaining of such.

if you're doing a hard reset, then yes, remove the sd card, not because it might be affected by the hard reset but because it might be one of the reasons you wish to do a hard reset. So remove it, do the hard reset, update core apps and when finished syncing and all, then add back the sd card

Hard reset does nothing to onedrive since this is in the cloud.
