Has 10586 started rolling out outside of Insider Preview yet?

Gabe was up early and announced 10586 will be rolling to all users. Have any of you seen it roll out to non Insiders yet?

Boston, MA area. 64bit Pro. Had to install Tuesday's cumulative updates that required a reset, then check for updates before it appeared.

Yea, I'm 64bit Pro, did the updates. Shows no updates pending... I'll keep trying.

Still no go. I've even set my PC to Get Insider Builds - Fast, nothing. I guess I'll try again in the AM.
