has anyone found a good source to 822 replacement screens?

I don't use my 822 as a phone anymore but i still want to play around with previews on it. it has a crack across the center, it is usable but it would be nice to fix. In the past I have tried two replacement screens (about a year ago) and neither would respond to input. has anyone found a good cheap replacement supplier they would recommend? it appears the ones I had gotten were reported to work prior to Amber, after that they were not recognized by the system.

Head to eBay and find nonworking 822 with good screen. Then replace it. It's quite easy, you can find a guide on YouTube.
