I am interested in buying an unlocked BLU Win HD LTE but don't know if I can get it activated on the Sprint network. Has anyone done that? Also does Sprint offer an International SIM card?

I'm pretty sure Sprint will only activate Sprint Branded phones onto Sprint.
Sprint is CDMA and Blu Win HD LTE is not CDMA.
