Has Microsoft forgotten about resuming Cyan update for those on Developer Preview?

Um,.. it has resumed. Lumia 625's with PVD received an update to a build which was created on 18/08/14. Got it on GDR1 and several people on reddit reported it

They already have tested cyan on att and in India all the models have received cyan so I think there is gona be good news soon....

Lumia 1020, 920, 720,620 and 1520 in my family all running preview for developers 8.1.1 in India. Still no signs of cyan.

On Saturday, GB Lumias received an update to Cyan.

This is ridiculous that they are providing updates for RM-940 but not RM-937.
RM-940 is a carrier specific (ATT) device which means that Cyan needs to pass to ATT then roll out to customers. RM-937 only requires a simple roll out from MS since it is an international edition.
I am also using L1520 (HK) on PFD 8.1 GDR1 and is still waiting for Cyan LOL:angry:

Weeks ago Belifore said there would be a fix 'next week'. Nothing happened.
Now updates can be installed on some phones running the DP. Is this going to translate to all phones?

No fix is required. Cyan is slowly being rolled out now to DP phones too. Still based on carriers approving firmware first.

Not true. There are CV phones that have the update available but users running DP can not update.

Wrong. I got Cyan on DP 8.1.1 on Saturday. It was a new build, marked as being created on 18/08/2014. I think they are creating new Cyan firmwares for DP devices *shrug

What phone? Was it a country variant? Had the update been previously released for the phone and you couldn't install it because you were running the DP?
