Has the Windows 10 version 1809 update stopped?

We've got about 6 Windows 10 machines, 2 desktops, some laptops and a Surface Go. The fall 2018 update for Windows 10, version 1809, has been installed on the Surface Go and one laptop. But that's it. It's almost like Microsoft has stopped pushing out that update.

That is my question; has Microsoft stopped pushing out the Windows 10 version 1809 update?
